TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  3. The Promoter is Nutura Organic Ltd ABN 17 158 660 676.
  4. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years of age and over. Employees and their immediate families of Nutura Organic are not eligible to enter.
  5. Entry to the competition commences on September 9, 2022 and closes 11:59 pm on September 30, 2022 AEST.
  6. Winners will be notified by direct message and will be published on the @nuturaorganic Instagram account.

THE PRIZE

  1. There will be ONE (1) winner.
  2. The winner will receive one BabyZen YoYo2 Travel stroller in the colour Grey, valued at $829 RRP.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Entrants must complete all requirements within the entry form to be eligible.
  2. Entrants must be following @nuturaorganic on Instagram to be eligible.
  3. Entrants must comment their dream travel destination and tag a friend in the comments section to be in the draw.
  4. All valid entries received from non-winners of a prize will automatically be placed in the 2nd chance draw for any unclaimed prizes.
  5. This promotion is free to enter; however, entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.
  6. Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ form part of these Conditions of entry.
  7. No responsibility is accepted for late or incorrect entries.
  8. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable, cannot be encashed nor can it be redeemed in any other form.
  9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the prize.
  10. Entry in this Nutura competition implies consent of your details (name, suburb and state) being published on the Nutura website and/or newsletter and/or social media pages. Your email and postal address details will NOT be made public.
