TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Competition name: Nutura Organic Win a BabyZen Yoyo2 Travel Pram.
  2. The Promoter is Nutura Organic Ltd ABN 17 158 660 676.
  3. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years of age and over. Employees and their immediate families of Nutura Organic are not eligible to enter.
  4. Entry to the competition commences on February 7, 2022 and closes 11:59 pm on March 6, 2022 AEST.
  5. Prize draws will be conducted as follows:
    1. 10:00am on March 9, 2022 at South Melbourne, VIC.
  6. Winners will be notified by email and will be published on this page (https://www.nutura.com.au/terms-of-service/).

THE PRIZE

  1. There will be ONE (1) winner.
  2. The winner will receive one BabyZen YoYo2 Travel stroller in the colour Grey, valued at $829 RRP.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Entrants must complete all requirements within the entry form to be eligible.
  2. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Nutura product from Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, Pharmacy4Less or participating independent pharmacy during the Promotional Period.
  3. To enter, entrants must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
    1. Visit www.nutura.com.au or using their mobile device scan the QR Code logo featured on the Point of Sale wobbler to be directed to the website;
    2. Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
    3. Input the requested details including: Name, Address, Phone number, Email Address, date of purchase, and Name and suburb of store.
    4. Check the boxes confirming that the entrant:
      1. Is an Australian resident aged 18 years or over and that neither themselves nor their family members are an employee of the Promoter or their affiliated entities;
      2. Agrees to these Terms and Conditions and agrees that if any of the above requirements are not met, that the entrant’s entry can be subject to invalidation. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.;
      3. Agrees:
        1. they will only enter, a maximum of one (1) entry for each Eligible Product purchased;
        2. If multiple eligible products are purchased on the one receipt, then the entrant may list the multiple entries;
        3. There is no limit to the number of entries allowed during the Promotional Period;
        4. They understand that this promotion is heavily monitored against fraudulent activity and that if the entrant is found to have submitted fraudulent entries using multiple email addresses and/or IP addresses and/or multiple residence addresses of close similarity and/or multiple names of close similarity, that all of their entries will automatically be deemed invalid;
        5. To submit the fully completed entry form;
        6. They will be required to provide proof of purchase per clause 4 of How to Enter.
  4. Failure to produce the required proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
  5. All valid entries received from non-winners of a prize will automatically be placed in the 2nd chance draw for any unclaimed prizes.
  6. This promotion is free to enter; however, entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.
  7. Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ form part of these Conditions of entry.
  8. No responsibility is accepted for late or incorrect entries.
  9. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable, cannot be encashed nor can it be redeemed in any other form.
  10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the prize.
  11. Entry in this Nutura competition implies consent of your details (name, suburb and state) being published on the Nutura website and/or newsletter and/or social media pages. Your email and postal address details will NOT be made public.
  12. You consent to the Promoter using your personal information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products and services, including contacting the entrant via SMS and email messages (and you consent to receiving such messages from the Promoter). Information on how to opt-out from these messages is set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  13. Nutura Organic Ltd. will never sell or disclose your personal information to ANY third party without your consent.
